China Taiping Insurance Singapore to raise funds for needy students through the sale of fortune cookies

In celebration of China Taiping Insurance Singapore’s 80th anniversary, China Taiping will be raising funds for The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund through the sale of fortune cookies.  

The launch of the fundraising event will be held at Chinatown Point Outdoor Plaza on Saturday, 26 May 2018 at 11.45am and Mr Wang Bin, Chairman of China Taiping Insurance Group will be in Singapore to launch the event.  

During the launch, China Taiping staff will be selling specially made fortune cookies at $15 per box of 8 pieces.  All proceeds collected from the sale of the fortune cookies will go towards The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund.  

In addition to the sales of fortune cookies, China Taiping Singapore staff will also be encouraged to make cash donations, and the organization will match dollar-for-dollar.

The fund raising campaign will continue till mid-August 2018.   Members of the public who wish to buy these fortune cookies may also visit China Taiping Singapore located at 3 Anson Road, #16-00 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 during weekdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
